going from any crt that does 100hz+ to an lcd, even with a lower response time, is going to be tough
i went from an NEC monitor that did 160hz to my current lcd, an LG that does 60hz but was 2ms
it took me about two weeks to adjust, but once i did it felt fine
i don't feel like my game has changed completely, i don't notice tearing anymore with v_sync off, the real adjustment was aim, which is fine now

There are two true 120Hz LCDs out at the moment: the Samsung 2233RZ and Viewsonic VX2265WM.

There is still no good replacement, in my opinion. Every LCD I've played on are still lacking while playing fast games FPS games like Quake. :(
